A Hidden Figure
Not much is known about the ruler of Lira, other than he very likely promotes the underworld activities of the Obsidian Spire. Some who have met him call him an “odd fellow” or “a man of many personalities.” In my many attempts to chronicle the history of Lira, my petitions to meet this shrouded individual have always been meet with a stony silence.
