Clerics who follow Syntellia are quick to offer aid to individuals of prophecy. Beyond these aspects of Syntellia, much has been lost about the knowledge of her during the years 100 to 289.
Characteristics
Syntellia is an astral elf. She keeps time in place through the stars and ensure s that history passes according to the stories she etches in the cosmos. Because of this her prophecies usually rely on the passage of stars and other celestial bodies to show when a prophesied event is about to take place.

All fey can trace their creation back to Syntellia. In particular Queen Zoe and her Husband are said to be Syntellia’s literal children.

Syntellia’s strict control over the cosmos and functions of time leave the ability of spell casters degraded to some extent. As such in order to influence reality a spell caster needs to attain a degree of enlightenment. Epic Boon: Wish Come True Taking this epic boon allows you to use the spell wish, but does not grant the knowledge to cast it or the appropriate spell slot to. You will have to get that from your class and spell list. You can increase Charisma, Intelligence, or Wisdom by 1. Attempts to use the spell “Wish” without this epic boon may prove… foolish.
